How much does it cost?
Standard Rate
For roofs measuring up to 25,000 square feet, the cost is calculated at a rate of 5 cents per square foot.
Additional Space Rate
If your roof exceeds 25,000 square feet, the additional area beyond this size is charged at a reduced rate of 3 cents per square foot.
For our roof inspection services, we account for the fuel consumed to reach your location. This charge is necessary to cover the expenses incurred during travel, ensuring that our team can reach you efficiently and provide the best service possible. The fuel charge is calculated based on the distance from our service center to your location. The current rate is approximately $0.75 per mile. This rate helps us maintain high-quality service and compensate for the travel expenses.
If your commercial roof lacks internal access, such as a stairwell or a service ladder, our maintenance teams will need to use external means to reach the rooftop. This will include renting cranes, or lifts, which can be both time-consuming and costly.
